Warranty
We stand behind the quality of every piece we make. All purchases made throughLoveless Friday are covered by a 90-day warranty from the date of purchase.
What’s Covered
Our warranty includes:
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Breakages or faults that occur under normal wear within the warranty period
If your piece qualifies, we’ll repair or replace it at no extra cost.
What’s Not Covered
Our warranty does not apply to:
- Tarnishing or fading due to exposure to water, sweat, chemicals, or perfumes
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care
- General wear and tear (e.g. scratches, chain stretching, discolouration)
- Lost or stolen items
- Bent or weakened metal due to repeated bending (e.g. adjustable rings)
How to Make a Claim
To submit a warranty claim, email us at info@lovelessfriday.co.nz with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item and the issue
- A brief description of what happened
We’ll assess your item and let you know the next steps. If the warranty is approved, we’ll repair or replace your piece. If it falls outside of warranty, we’ll offer a quote for repair if possible.
After 90 Days
Repairs beyond the warranty period may be available for a fee. Shipping costs for returns and repairs outside the warranty period are the customer’s responsibility.
Proof of Purchase
A valid proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation) is required for all warranty requests.
