Although it hardly ever happens, we hate it when it does! Please email us if you think your parcel is lost and we will open a case with our courier to investigate.

Unfortunately we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Our pieces are all carefully handcrafted by our team of artisans. To ensure their longevity, we recommend removing your jewellery before doing the following activities:

⏳ Let it settle – Don’t change or remove your jewellery until it’s fully healed (trust the process!).

💋 Keep your glam away. Makeup, perfume, fake tan – your piercing isn’t ready for that kind of drama.

🧂 No pool dips or ocean flips. Saltwater sounds healing, but your new piercing says, “Not today.”

👕 Tight clothes and fresh piercings? Nope. Think soft, think flowy, think napwear.

🧺 Clean sheets, clean vibes. Your piercing’s living in your bed now – make it feel welcome.

💤 Sleep smart. If it’s on your ear, give it the VIP treatment and avoid pressure. Flip that pillow, babe.

❌ Alcohol & peroxide – Not skincare. Not helpful. Just aggressive.

❌ Creams or any goop – Blocks airflow. Creates gunk. Just no.

❌ Letting other people touch it – Why would they? Seriously.

❌ Panicking over crusties – Totally normal. It's not infected, it's just doing its thing.

❌ Random touching “just to check” – You’ll know if it’s healing. Don’t test it.

We offer a 60 day warranty on all our products. If things go awry, we can either send you a replacement or offer your a refund in store credits.
