ORDERS

2.2 All Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any Order for any reason at any time.

2.3 If your Order is accepted, we will inform you by email, and we will confirm the identity of the party which you have contracted with. This will usually be Loveless Friday or may in some cases be a third party.

 

PRE-ORDERS

All pre-orders offered by Loveless Friday are processed with an estimated delivery date only. In the event of a delay or if the pre-ordered product is no longer available, you will be notified via email.

 

PAYMENT

3.1 Prices shown in currencies except the New Zealand Dollar (NZD) are estimates only.

3.2 We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

3.3 Payment must be made at the time of ordering. We accept payment by:

LOSS OR DAMAGED ITEMS

7.1 We take great care to ensure your items are packaged securely to avoid damage during transit. However, if your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at info@lovelessfriday.co.nz

7.2 We are not responsible for any loss of damage to orders caused by third party or events that caused or contributed to that loss.

7.3 For lost items, please contact us if your Order has not arrived within the expected delivery time. We are not responsible for loss of order due to incorrect shipping information provided by you or any wrongful signing and accepting of order by a third party.

7.4 We are not responsible for items damaged or lost after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

6.1 Discount codes may be provided from time to time at our discretion.

6.2 Discount codes are only valid for the specified period and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

6.3 Only one discount code can be used per Order.

6.4 Discount codes are not transferable and have no cash value.

6.5 We reserve the right to withdraw or cancel discount codes at any time without prior notice.
